A little more fragile than regular wheat pie shells, but they work great and are
delicious and flakey and brown nicely. Made a blueberry apple pie with oat crumble topping

Made apple crumble pie using this pre made pie crust and it doesn’t disappoint. Sometimes
though the bottom crust can get a little soggy but I think that can happen when making fruit pies

I found this at Trader Joe’s recently. We’re not gluten free, but I needed a
pre-made (I suck at crusts) vegan pie crust for a pot pie. I decided to make it a double crust, and followed the video directions on the Wholly Wholesome website. It turned out great! Nice, flaky texture, and delicious flavor. This will be my new go-to frozen crust.
