Vegan Blueberry Scone

(Apologies for the bad photo) Whole Foods vegan pastries are the reason why my (non-vegan)

husband now proclaims that vegan baked goods are fantastic. Excellent. :)) I get a couple of these vegan blueberry scones whenever i see them in the display case. They’re light and crumbly, never dry, and not overly sweet. A perfect mid-afternoon snack.

These are soooo amazing! Fresh, fluffy and perfect.

These are good little blueberry scones! Decent size. Cakey but not too dense. Soft &

buttery especially for being vegan! They don’t have any sweet icing or sugar coating over them which is nice for my taste. Delicious but not a healthier alternative. Swipe for ingredients and nutrition info!

I’ve had scones that are very dry and make it hard to chew/swallow. This one

was very moist though, very yummy and flavorful. Sweet but not too sweet

Pretty good, very dry. Soft and crumbly at the same time. Not bad, but I

prefer some of their other bakery items more.
