I was really curious to try this alternative to white fish, but I know now I won't be tempted anymore. I was expecting a soft texture, something you could cut without a knife, and some nice ocean flavor. But instead, texture and taste were very similar to the vegan "Schnitzel", just with way more 🧂 🍚 salt. The #herbs around are surely a plus, what in my mind is the only really good part of this vegan #filet. I do not think that was any close to what fish tasted, but fortunately it's too long ago I did try it. In any case, if this alternative can help somebody to let the #fishes be, let them happily swim in their own waters, then it is worth existing.
