Very flavoursome and ready to eat cold! Perfect in a sandwich or we had it
sliced up on saffron lemon pasta and it was delicious. Pricier than Squeaky Bean and Quorn but nice as a treat once in a while, and it feels good to buy it from our local vegan/health food shop #chorizo #veganmeat #fakemeat #mockmeat

I bought it for a trip in which we were going to be constantly moving,
so lunch had to be something light, packable and that did not need refrigeration. So this thing was the perfect option as we could easily prepare bocatas and eat them while hiking or at the top.
So, regarding this one, the texture is quite good, but the flavour is not quite similar compared to the traditional chorizo. I still liked it though
