really reminded me of the mint chip ice cream i used to buy from the
ice cream uncle hahaha. i think this was really well executed because the mint flavour is refreshing but not overpowering. the choc chips provide a nice crunch and they put quite a generous amount. i also like that the base didn't taste overwhelmingly of coconut like most vegan ice creams.
