I love this tofu. I always buy non-gmo & extra firm as its higher in
protein. I always opt for plain tofu as i like adding my own marinades and sauces.

syrup. Fried in garlic and ginger, added large brown mushrooms thinly sliced, broccoli and baby corn. And whole bunch of other spices and coconut cream. Served with rice vermicelli. A hit with the whole family!
and had it on a #sandwich with mayo, mustard, onion sprinkles and cucumber - simple but filling and #delicious - will buy again
to prepare for what I wanted, not much moisture so I only patted down - no pressing.
It worked well but I really need to learn how to work properly with Tofu š§
usually use about 1 block per week so works out cheaper to buy 4 at a time for the month
