A great snack for when you are on the go. A bit in the pricey
side though. I like hiking and would love to have a few of these in my backpack. But at R30 for a small bag, it's a bit unlikely. It is quite tasty though. I recommend keeping it in your bag for when you are out and about and hungry but can't find anything vegan to snack on. It's perfect for those kinds of snack emergencies. #ashers

These are the best - I love them on porridge, yoghurt, smoothies, in popcorn 😉
or just by the handful 😍 lots of superfoods in there too in amongst the chocolate!
