Meh! Prefiero seguir con los de trigo caldeal, ya que no soy celíaca ni diabetica. La pasta se cocina demasiado rápido, la caja dice de 4 a 5 minutos después del hervor, pero si lo hubiera dejado ese tiempo se me hubieran hecho puré. Dice aportar fibras y proteínas, poco sodio y pocas grasas pero bastantes carbohidratos, cosa que no está mal dependiendo tu dieta nutricional. De precio no sé bien porque me regalaron la caja, la etiqueta 580 que está atrás en la puede que sea el precio, pero no lo puedo asegurar. Creo que en Carrefour lo vi a algo de $440 aprox (ago '23) Por supuesto es #libredegluten, #sintacc y #sinaditivos.
