"Formaggio" a fette davvero molto buono. Il gusto: saporito, non piccante né salato, ricorda uno sbrinz. Non si sente quel retrogusto artificiale o di patate che a volte capita. La consistenza: appena tolto dal frigo è molto rigido, se si cerca di separare le fette si rompono. Lasciato a temperatura ambiente per qualche minuto tutto cambia, si ammorbidisce, le fette si staccano senza problema e perde quell'aspetto "plasticoso". Con il calore fonde perfettamente, quindi penso sia adattissimo anche per una pasta al forno. Io l'ho usato nature, freddo in un panino e caldo in un toast: perfetto sempre. Gli ingredienti: non sono male, latte di mandorla, olio di cocco, amido di patate, coloranti alimentari derivati da carote. Niente di troppo spinto. Valori nutrizionali accettabili. Confezione: purtroppo in plastica ma in parte riciclata e riciclabile.
