I added it to a homemade vegan stir fry with udon noodles and it was

the consistency of these 'chicken' goujons is pretty convincing and they are quite tasty.
I guess
they can be a versatile product where a nice chicken substitute is required, personally I love to cut them up and use them in wraps.
