I normally don’t use many industrial substitutes for meat, never really liked meat anyways also before being vegan 😅 but this plant based 🐔breast are actually very tasty!! The package has 2 stk of 90gr each, and for 100gr of product you get 11gr of proteins 💪🏻 It’s really handy when you don’t have much time for cooking. I fry it in a pan with a little oil and they are ready in 7minutes. Really enjoyed this ! Nice texture and good flavour.
Texture is fine, optic is spot on, but you need to season and /or marinade them well enough, because they are pretty bland - however, they are also very versatile.
I have tried these for a few recipes that would normally call for chicken breast and was very impressed! Nice texture and taste. They’re quite expensive but sometimes can find them at a slightly reduced price at Tesco (with a tesco club card).
