This is amazing one of the best chicken substitutes on the market.

The closest thing to a chicken breast but better. Juicy, succulent, flavourful, easy to cook and no salmonella 😁

I LOVE IT.
Vivera might be my fave vegan brand.
This has wonderful texture for vegan chicken.

I had it in a stir fry and I was very impressed.

Everyone else in the family thought it was pretty legit and tasted like chicken. Good serving size, good flavour, good texture!

Also good that this is not breaded, I dislike ones in Singapore being breaded

Texture is fine, optic is spot on, but you need to season and /or marinade

them well enough, because they are pretty bland - however, they are also very versatile.

I have tried these for a few recipes that would normally call for chicken breast

and was very impressed! Nice texture and taste.
They’re quite expensive but sometimes can find them at a slightly reduced price at Tesco (with a tesco club card).
