My first time eating a 99% chocolate. It’s not as bitter as I expected it
to be but it’s not very flavorful either, and maybe a bit too flat. Ok price. I love the Vivani brand and their philosophy.

It's really bitter but I like both bitter and sweet chocolate. I love this brand
because it's fair trade but affordable. Packaging is also compostable apparently?
