Use it in Indian food as it adds a slight coconut flavour. Great to add

to chocolate to melt on home made cookies and cakes, gives a lovely shiny coating. Tastes delicious. You can use it to clean teeth too. Used it in place of marg in some cookies and it worked well.

I used this for baking (more as a greasing agent in cakes / biscuits /

pancake) and on my skin too!! Sometimes I practice oil pulling and use this brand of oil, works for me :) #veganin2020

I love using this coconut oil as a spread. It’s also good for hair and

skin.
As far as I can make out it is ethical inasmuch as it dies not use abused monkeys to collect the coconuts
