This is my first vegan multivitamin, so I can’t compare it to much, but I
really like these supplements. The capsules are the perfect side, and even though they have a distinct scent and aftertaste they are fine. They have everything I need in them including B12 and Iron ( but I would not rely on this product alone to ensure I have a healthy diet ) Would recommend!

Bought this from Faithful to Nature. Has all the essential vitamins required especially iron, D
and B12. Not so crazy about the smell and taste but it's over in a few seconds! Have tons of energy - but can't say it's because of this or because of my diet so let's say both 😁
