Taste good and easy to use. I made a cheese toast today. It would go well with anything like sandwiches, gratin or lasagna…I finally found this cheese near my place.

Made some vegan taquitos using Violife's 100% vegan shredded Cheddar. I love how it melted perfectly in the air fryer. Tastes great too!
It's okay. The taste is blandly cheesy. It doesn't really melt under heat as much as it just gets sticky. Melts beautifully in the microwave though. If you're looking for something to replace your cheddar cheese on nachos, this is just okay. #veganisnotscary
