We don’t buy cheese products often, since they tend to be expensive and we don’t

really miss it these days…

…But sometimes I just feel like cheese!

Today was one of those days, so we made some awesome fresh rolls for lunch with hummus, mayo, tomato, gherkins, salt & pepper, and this lovely Violife Gouda 🧀

Flavour-wise, it’s very mild. Great texture and cured my momentary cheese craving 👌

I used all of this to baked pasta recipe and it was really good. It

melts really well, however I am not a very big fan of plant based cheese as I already mentioned. But it was better than most of the cheese sorts. 😊💚🌱

I am absolutely obsessed with this vegan cheese it is absolutely my favorite I just

ate an entire package last night woke up feeling great because it’s zero dairy zero cruelty and all the flavor of smoked Gouda cheese get into it I’m telling you you’ll get obsessed
