I'm sorry but I'm not a don of these products. I wouldn't buy them. My friend invited me over for a vegan tortilla and she bought this along with other processed products like this. They're not healthy, full of coconut oil and the flavour is far away from cheese.
These are some of the best vegan cheeses I’ve tried. Used it in my greasy burger recipe. While it remains intact after cooking, it’ll turn into a melted blob when pressed down.
I prefer them grated compared to sliced. This is my favourite so far.. initially not planning of getting cos i do not use them often. Now I am glad I bought it cos it’s so so yums. 🌱😋 Got this from Everyday Vegan Grocer @ Haji Lane.
I don’t really rate this but it does melt well and taste much better that way. There are definitely more flavourful, less plasticky options out there, but can always find this in a supermarket and it does the job for topping things or adding to recipes. It feels way too expensive for what it is!
