É unha boa opción para cubrir unha lasaña ou unha musaka ( como na foto)
pero non funde ben a pesar de que o puxen a forno non moi alto. Queda igual que a mozzarella que vén xa raiada en bolsa. Esperaba que este, recén raiado na casa, fundise. O sabor que aporta gratinado é simpático sen esaxerar. Ó final prefiro o meu parmesano vegano que fago moendo levadura nutricional con anacardo cru. #toppings #dairyfree #cheese #queixovegano #veganparmesan

I consider myself to be quite picky when it comes to vegan cheese but this
is one I often have in the fridge. I’m a huge fan of the texture, taste, and even the smell of it.
I enjoy having it with pasta dishes, toast or even as a snack just as it is 🌱
