Blu block

As a huge cheese lover before going vegan many years ago I always try new cheeses! I was excited to try this but was disappointed that there was no blue colour in it. So, when I first tried it I was a bit “hmm, so what, it’s ok” but the more I ate the more I liked it! It’s very salty and does have a blue cheese taste but the texture is a bit odd . I prefer the Sheese blue cheese but this is nice and I’d buy again

Really delicious 🤤 ate it as kind of Parmesan on noodles 🍝 Bought at a „Reformhaus“ (Bio-store) in Germany, for ~2,50€. You can also buy it at the Vantastic online store. #abillionlove

Ah ich liebe diesen Käse😍 er ist sehr intensiv und kommt dem Original sehr nahe. Man sollte den Geschmack von Blauschimmelkäse schon mögen ansonsten ist der wahrscheinlich eher zu stark.
