derrite muy bien y sabe deli en sandwich (con seitán y queso crema de coco) estaría lindo saber si el aceite de coco que usan es virgen y orgánico, o es refinado
Aroma potente pero rico, de gusto estaba adecuado a lo que se espera, de color esta bien y se derrite fácilmente. Para pizzas recomiendo enfriarlo y rallado para distribuir mejor el quesito cuando se cocine!
I absolutely love this product. If you're looking for an authentic mozzarella alternative, you may be disappointed, because it's completely different. It's very firm and you can taste the coconut base. I still recommend you to try it. It made me realize how weird the wobbly texture of original mozzarella is, and it tastes like nothing, ew xD My daughter loves it as well. I love that it's firm, I love that it has its own taste. Too bad that the smaller blocks aren't available anymore though. #violife #mozzarella
