These were really good, might be one of my new fav brands of vegan cheese. Put them on enchiladas, mac n cheez, etc.
I don't see this alternative cheese in the store very often but it's good. Has a nice pepper-jack spice to it and a lot less saturated fat then cow cheese and for only 60 calories a slice.
Nice spice but that’s the only good thing. it’s got an odd texture and when it melts it just turns to oil. STICK TO VIOLIFE
