Pretty good taste. It's coconut oil based so melts quickly on toast
So very tasty. Better in things that are cold, sauces, or puddings than it is for cheesecake or more solid applications. Melt much easier than tofutti. Exquisite customer service. You can buy an absurd amount at your local restaurant supply store and freeze it. Freezing does slightly alter texture but not irreparably.
