this stuff is great! i only bought it because i couldn’t find good planet mozzarella,
but it is just as good, melts really great and i put it in mole enchiladas! #veganisnotscary

It melts perfectly under the broiler and even browns a little. I'll never like vegan
cheese shreds right out of the bag like I used to eat dairy cheese, but that's good for both my health and the animals. I think this might be my favorite vegan cheese so far.

Ohhhhhh vevan! My wife and I discovered this in snow covered Bend, Oregon over
the winter. Back then it was cheddar for our vegan nachos; this time it was mozz for our vegan meatball subs!
