I found this #vegancheese at #groceryoutlet a while back and grabbed a few bags because it was expiring so they had it priced at just $0.97!! I froze them and have been using them straight from the freezer for lots of foods. I just made a #pizza from scratch and the cheese melted really well in my regular oven. It's gooey but it has that slimy texture like most vegan cheeses have. Unfortunately it's loaded with saturated fat and has quite a bit of sodium without much nutrients, so it's something I try to eat sparingly.
