I made myself a vegan split pea soup, using this brand. I loved the result
because the peas are really good quality and it didn’t take an eternity to cook through (just over an hour).
In the soup I added veggie broth, olive oil, spices, potatoes, rice, carrots, celery, chopped onion and garlic, topped with spinach, alfalfa sprouts and pumpkin seeds. This is a full meal for me! So good! 💙
