🇬🇧 When it comes to yogurt, I like exploring and trying from several brands, even if we’re talking about plain white I become a little more picky and have my landmarks in Sojasun and Sojade. Never change a winning horse, as they say, for I was out of bounds buying this one but I’m pretty unsatisfied. I tasted a tip of a spoon and didn’t convinced me from the very start (taste very much like soy bean), but my intention was let it drain to make a spreadable cheese adding salt and probiotics later, but I ended up with nothing to show ‘cause it lost a ridiculous small amount of water (drain overnight) with no significant changes in terms of texture. I don’t feel like saying it’s a bad product, chances are it would probably work better in cooking (curry tofu, white sauce, cake batters, stuff like that), I’ll give it another try. 🇮🇹 Per quanto riguarda lo yogurt mi piace sperimentare tra le varie marche, anche se per quanto riguarda il bianco naturale sono lievemente più schizzinosa e di solito acquisto o il Bifidus Naturale di Sojasun oppure il So Soja! Nature di Sojade. Come si dice, cavallo che vince non si cambia perché ho voluto fare un tentativo con questo prodotto ma non mi è piaciuto molto. Ho assaggiato un cucchiaino e già in partenza non mi ha entusiasmato (sa proprio tanto di fagiolo), ma l’idea era di farlo scolare per farci dello spalmabile aggiungendo poi sale e probiotici, ma il risultato è stato molto diverso da quello che ottengo di solito, ha perso pochissima acqua (l’ho lasciato tutta notte) e la sua consistenza originale è rimasta molto simile. Non me la sento di dire che sia un cattivo prodotto, probabilmente per cucinare (tofu al curry, besciamella, impasti, etc), quando mischiato a qualcosa, va meglio, magari gli darò un’altra possibilità. 💵 € 1.45 #yogurt #veganyogurt #soyyogurt #teamsoy #ditchdairy
