Molto buoni, saporiti, forse leggermente poco salati ma perfetti se conditi con un sugo più intenso. Niente da invidiare alla consueta pasta fresca.
Mentre cucinavano, mi faceva senso l odore perché mi ricordava tanto quello dei tortellini di carne, che odiavo. Però il gusto è buono!
Buona alternativa ai tortelloni di carne, qui il ripieno è di fake meat. Perfetti al sugo di pomodoro.
