Vegan gyros

This was alternative meat pieces made with soy flour with onions mixed in. It had

a more spicy flavour and was not bland at all. I appreciate the onions so that the alt meat pieces weren’t just by themselves. It would be great for wraps etc.

too many onions for me and the consistency is very soft and kinda spongy. taste

wise it was okay and the amount you get is pretty good but there are way better alternatives. #meatalternative

I was so happy to find Gyros! I went to Greece recently and I wasn’t

able to find any vegan gyros the whole time I was there so I have been craving it & this hit the spot! 🙌🏼
