Soya Milk

It's good with cereal, I use it for baking and for homemade vegan mayo. Good

value for the price. #veganuary

These are such a cheap price for someone living as a student at 57p! They

don’t curdle in tea or coffee and taste great in baked goods or in a bowl of cereal.

A good value Soy milk which tastes as good as the branded equivalents.

Just Free Soya Unsweetened Milk. Only 59p!! This milk doesn’t curdle in tea/coffee!! There is

also a sweetened option available but I opt for unsweetened as I mainly use milk with oats, smoothies etc so I add natural sugar. A great low fat, low sugar option and source of protein, calcium, riboflavin, and vitamins b12 and D. Also lactose free!

Lidl’s own brand unsweetened soya milk. Good value, tastes great in tea (prefer oat milk

in coffee).
Pleased to know that 200mls of this provides me with 30% of my daily Vit D, B2, B12 and Calcium.
