Está muy rico y es de consistencia muy compacta. Debido a su tamaño me da para un número considerable de raciones, pero aguanta bien en la nevera o en el congelador (yo lo suelo congelar en rodajas). Sabe igual que el del Carrefour y su precio es parecido también. Me parece una alternativa interesante a nivel nutricional, además de ser más asequible que otras carnes veganas. Volvería a comprarlo. No está mal, pero tampoco es algo super destacable. Lo mejor es que es super versátil... Puedes comerlo como vurger o hacer guisos con él
