questa salsa non sa molto di aglio, mi aspettavo un sapore più deciso. sembra una specie di maionese con retrogusto di aglio. in effetti il primo ingrediente è olio di semi 😬 messa in un panino è ok, mangiata sul pane è terribile. 📍acquistata a LIDL durante la settimana vegana, €1,99 #lidl #vemondo

Avevo forse aspettative un po' troppo alte per questa salsa che alla fine ricorda una maionese nel sapore. L'aglio selvatico non si sente molto e il gusto complessivo è un po' acidulo. È comunque ottima da usare come maionese, ma non la spalmerei da sola sul pane.
