(little meat"balls", not round, flat ones)
Unexpectedly tasty little Bouletten... 😋 easy and quick to

prepare in the pan (or in the oven).
They based on wheat protein and wheat flour, rapeseed oil and sunflower oil, coconut fat, water, with onions, white pepper, garlic, parsnip, lovage root, bay leaves, celery seed.
Bought: Germany, "Lidl" supermarket, 2,19 €

these were super good!! i like them much better than the rügenwalder ones and they're

cheaper too!

Die Frikadellen werden total knusprig, wenn man sie in der Pfanne anbrät und ihre Konsistenz

gefällt mir sehr gut.
In der Packung waren ca. 20 Frikadellen, was eine recht große Portion ist.
