Premettendo che purtroppo li ho cotti un po' troppo,avrei preferito sentire un po' di più il sapore dei funghi,per il resto buoni e penso che li ricomprerò
Medaglioni di pasta fine ripieni di funghi. Direi buoni da mangiare ogni tanto visto che non sono super salutari. L'unica pecca se mangiati senza sugo si sente troppo l'aglio. Io li ho conditi con salsa al pomodoro 🍅. #funghi #veganravioli #vemondo
Las pastas estaban muy buenas, no le sentí mucho gusto a hongos pero igual estaban bien! Salsa simple y super sabrosa
I soliti medaglioni ai funghi che si trovano comunemente in Italia da lidl, ma che in Romania sono stati (ovviamente) un’apparizione momentanea! Oggi non avevo voglia di preparare chissà cosa da mangiare e preferivo dedicarmi ad altro, perciò abbiamo mangiato questi ravioli per pranzo, conditi con burro vegetale, salvia ed una spolverata di noce moscata. Io ho messo un po’ di lievito alimentare sopra ed il mio compagno invece un po’ di grattugiato vegetale. Questi ravioli hanno un gusto molto delicato, una buona consistenza ed un gradevolissimo aspetto, nel complesso sono buoni e soddisfacenti, per un primo godibile in pochissimi minuti.
