This vegan chili sin carne is a super convenient meal to have at your freezer for times you can't be bothered to cook. I made it in a couple of minutes with just a bit of water . The sauce is frozen in cubes in there and it works well. Very easy and quick to prepare. When I was preparing it (it can be done in the microwave, but I chose not to), I was… surprised with the smell – to the point I was sure I wasn’t going to like it. Turns out I did like it. It wasn’t as spicy as I thought it was going to be – just the right amount of spicy. I checked on Open Food Facts and it has Nutri-Score A, which is very good nutricional quality, so bonus points for that.
