Da solo non sa quasi di nulla, ha un leggero retrogusto di formaggio a mio parere. L’ho utilizzato tagliato a pezzettini nelle polpette di melanzana e devo dire che non sono venute male.
Nel complesso lo trovo interessante all’interno di panini imbottiti, è un po’ neutro ma ha anche il suo perché. Di ricomprarlo diciamo che non lo farei con troppo entusiasmo, prediligerei altri formaggi vegani che ci sono già in commercio Al lidl, prezzo €1,79.
Ed anche questo formaggio mi ha soddisfatto!!! Ottimo per panini al volo e si scioglie bene.
Sottile fettine di affettato che a me ricordano il sapore del petto di tacchino,ideali in insalate oppure per farsi un panino #plasticpackaging
