This definitely helped me A LOT with my gut health. I suffered from bloating, indigestion
and sometimes nausea after eating and its has improved significantly after just a month and a half. I also love that it's a two month supply.

Very affordable and I personally love that the packaging is completely plastic free. Only fault
I think is that is says chewable on the front, however it is definitely in a capsule form which doesn't look chewable and I'm definitely not going to attempt😅. It doesn't bother me, but may be misleading for someone that specifically wants a chewable tablet.
Decided to try this probiotic because of the added Cranberry extract. (Nutrients in cranberries aid in a lower risk of urinary tract infection (UTI), the prevention of certain types of cancer, improved immune function, and decreased blood pressure.)

Nice affordable probiotic. Have not used it for an extended period so will have to
give it some time. But nice to see vegan options available.
