Tofu

I marinated it for half an hour then put it in the oven for 25

mins. We had it in wraps with avo, lettuce, roasted sweet potato cut into small pieces, sweet piquante pepper and it was really tasty. R50 at Checkers. #greytonfarmanimalsanctuary

This is an amazing option for tofu. It freezes really well so I keep a

stock of it in my freezer. It makes delicious and crispy tofu. 10/10 for me!

I didn’t enjoy this tofu as much as others I’ve had. I found it a

bit to soft. #ashers

Really tasty & went well in a curry. Texture & taste came out delicious.

This is the only tofu we use and we find it so versatile and delicious

and it's not expensive. We buy ours at checkers who often have them on special for 2 for R70. Pictured here is tofu scramble, so yummy.
