What a delicious cheese!! We used it as cream cheese and we also shredded it to it it with pasta - a fantastic addition!!

Love it! Tastes great, it's soft and spreadable and has simple ingredients (non-roasted cashews, cacao butter, sea salt, bacterial culture), preservative free. The only downside is the packaging, it's difficult to open, must be cut.
