A great faux cheese to savour on crackers or bread but also a versatile tasty

addition to pasta sauces, as a topping on burgers or oven baked vegetables fishes au gratin.


Made in Quebec City (I bought it in Quebec City for $10.50 in January 2022).

Made from cashews, cacao butter, sea salt, onions, mixture of herbs (thyme, rosemary, savory, basil, fennel), spices, bacterial culture. Excellent! Very spreadable.
