I have used this for a vegan Bolognese with crushed tomatoes and other veggies. I also used it as taco mince and loved it!
This is not one of my favourite mince alternative meats but it was on special and still tasted pretty good once I mixed in fresh veggies/ herbs and my spaghetti noodles.
Was not my favourite mince alternative. Had a bit of a strange-tasteless taste. Ended up having to add in a lot of salt to make the meal edible. May have just been my cooking skills 🤣 but have definitely had nicer alternatives
I really like the texture. It’s great to use in a bolognaise or instead of regular mince.
