I have 3 sausages airfried and chopped up in my baked beans for a post
workout meal - and heck yes to Vegie Delights for creating such a great product that is really macro friendly, high in protein and low in fat, and of course, vegan! At $6 a packet there are 3 servings intended however I split it in 1/2 so works out to be $1 a sausage which in my opinion is both reasonable and affordable! The taste is a major feat, just like the non-vegan sausages, but better! Highly recommend as a weekly staple - my partner and I can't go without them!
