Not a bad product at all, though not a personal favourite of the sort.
Tastes
nice in a spaghetti bolognese or the like, but definitely jazzing it up a bit with garlic, herbs, seasoning, what-have-you.
Source of iron and B12; clearly labelled as being plant-based; lasts in the pantry being sold in a can. 🌿

I do... I slice my thumb with the lid from opening it ahhh 😤😒👎🙄 Dw I haven't attached any pictures of that 😂 Ngl, first impression was that it looked like cat food. Even smelled a lil bit like it too. But once I cooked it through, added some extra seasoning, other veggies, it came together well. I like to meal prep some of my food so that it's easy to chuck this on top of rice or noodles. ✨ Not sure if I'd get this again but if it was on sale, maybe. And I'll be more careful opening it next time 😅🤦🏻♀️
