Veganer Burger
This was a nice tasting burger patty.
Easy to prepare, I just fried it in

a pan, and ate it as a "burger-patty-sandwich" 😄😉
I liked the structure of the patties, and they were absolutely not dry after frying... would buy them again.

Those burger patties are made on seitan base, coconut fat, pea protein and seasonings that aren't listed individually (seems a kind of secret 🤔😆).

Bought: Germany, "Vitalia" healthfood store, 2,89 €

I was pretty sure I won't like this, but I was wrong.. it's not really

a burger patty in my opinion, more like a salami.. Still, it wasn't incredibly realistic, which I usually like. It was ok, tasted good and we ate it with a leftover rice with vegetables 😊 #veganinbulgaria #veganin2022 #veganmeat

This was ok, not like a classic burger patty. When it’s fried, it

reminds me of parisian salami in appearance and taste. I’ve never been a fan of such salamis, but this was fine, family members were curious and we ate it all.
