Veggie Salami

i love yves products in general so i was pumped to try their #vegansalami ! #salami was a meat of my childhood and now that i am vegan i haven’t actually had any at all.. the texture and appearance are pretty good. it’s the closest store-bought product i’ve seen. the slices could stand to be a little thicker. the flavor is spot-on 👍 i’d totally purchase these again! #delislices #vegandeli #delimeat

This was surprisingly good! I haven’t tried many of the Yves Veggie Cuisine deli meats before, but we were making picnic sandwiches for a bike ride last weekend and decided to try this out. Taste and visual wise, it is very salami-like! The texture is pretty much spot on, if anything improved, as I remember salami sometimes having an unpleasantly chewy coating. But I really enjoyed this and would purchase again! #vegandeli #vegansandwich #whatveganseat

I think Yves is taking a page from Tofurkey's handbook. These slices used to be thicker and full circles but now they're thin and fragile... the reason I only bought the Tofurkey ones once. Hopefully it's just a salami issue and the other flavours are still thick. The flavour is alright.. not like I remember it being last time, which was likely over a year ago.

Yves salami deli slices taste great in sandwiches and are so convenient. Makes packing lunches so easy.

My go to, bread and butter sandwich "meat". Shame there's no way around the plastic packaging. Ample items for the cost.
