Very original option. I cooked in the pan and not in the oven as suggested, but the effect was very yummy! Tip: spray some lemon on it at the end, as you’d dove for a normal fried fish. The consistency is thick and I liked the crust.
Really good fish alternative! it doesn‘t taste too much like fish, but just enough to go as fish alternative. 😄 It gets very crunchy in the oven. I will buy again!
