We are a big fan of #gardein grounds but this was the only item available and I was in a rush. It’s okay. Not really crumbles tho, more like vegan pulled pork. I will not be buying this again.

I really like this brand for ground beef. It fries up like hamburger and has a similar consistency. I used this in BBQ, tacos, lasagna and stroganoff.
I used this in vegan, gluten free spaghetti and it was bomb!
