These sausages are huge and they are made from tofu, wheat protein, sunflower oil, almond flour and a few other things. Not sure if I'd buy again; $9.85 for 3 sausages is a bit much. #nerdyfact The name bratwurst is apparently from the Old High German; brät meaning finely chopped meat and wurst meaning sausage.
