Plant Based Mutton

This plant based Mutton is quite weird. As a meat substitute, it does quite well, it Is quite stringy and flexible, it is chewy, but, the taste leaves a lot to be desired. The first couple bites taste fine, but then it just starts tasting like soy. The only upside is that it's quite cheap. Compared to brands like impossible and just, which sell their substitutes for 7-12 dollars, this one is only about $3. So if you want to switch away from meat, and you don't mind your mock meat tasting like vegetables, then this is a fine choice . But for me, it just didn't stick.
