Vegetarian Mock Duck

This tasted so good in sushi!! Very versatile too so good for other meals

Found this at my local Asian supermarket, there were lots of other tinned meat alternatives as well. This was really tasty with a nice chewy texture. I fried it in some vegan hoisin duck sauce and put it in some sushi and it was a very delicious meal.
