Vegetable and Lentil Lasagna

This is yet another version of M&S's vegan lasagna, and I'd have to say this is the best one (although, like with a lot of M&S items, still a bit pricey). The layers of pasta cook much better than previous versions, the vegetables (mostly beans and mushrooms) and lentils provide a tasty but light ragu, and the tomato is nice and sweet.
