Yet again one of the stables in out kitchen, one we would be a little
lost without it 😅 This really helped to turn most of our original dishes vegan since you can use it just like minced meat, only it's way way WAY better for you, the environment and ofcourse the animals.

This dark soy mince has been a staple product in my cupboard (on and off)
probably since 2009 or something. Back then it was the only vegan mince available. Now it's still probably the cheapest and one bag lasts for ages 👍

This product has high fiber and soy protein (53%). It can be used in countless
dishes and its taste can be modified with different spices etc. It is reasonably priced and the amount is plenty. One of my favourite products.
